I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can.
Please allow (3-5 Business Days) for processing.
Tracking numbers will be updated after your order has been SHIPPED.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. The plastic packaging around each product must be unopened.
Customers are given 7 days from delivery date to send it back to us for a full refund.
Please send an email to services@orocarrottanning.com
to initiate the return process. Items returned without notification will not be accepted.
You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Opened Items Are Final Sale - Sanitary Reasons:
We prioritize the health and safety of our valued customers. Due to sanitary reasons and to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, we regret to inform you that the all tanning products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we are here to assist you. Damaged items are eligible for either store credit or a refund, provided that proof of defectiveness, or damage within 7 days from the date of delivery. You will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto filled an incorrect address, please send us an email at services@orocarrottanning.com by adding the correct address as well as your order number within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary however we do our best to achieve a shipment time of 3-5 business days once order is processed.
