What currency are your prices listed in?

All prices on our website are listed in USD.

I just placed an order — when will it ship?

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing.
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days (Monday–Friday), please contact us at services@orocarrottanning.com.

Can I return my order? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for items that arrive defective or damaged.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unopened and in original packaging
  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please include your name and order number in the return package.

Important: Final Sale Policy (Hygiene & Safety)

Due to sanitary reasons, opened tanning products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a refund or store credit with proof submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be canceled free of charge as long as they have not been shipped.

If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process after delivery.

I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?

If you entered an incorrect address, please email services@orocarrottanning.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Include your order number and the correct shipping address.

We cannot guarantee changes after 24 hours, and refunds will not be issued for incorrect addresses submitted beyond this timeframe.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
